a good illustration of why a neutral forum about Thailand can only be run from outside Thailand.

But it's likely that it would not stay neutral for long. Probably turn into a 'slag off everything Thai and all Thais forum'

If you feel so strongly anti TVF and/or Thailand then set up your own forum. It has been done before.

Edit...Did anyone really expect the outcome to be any different ??

There seems to be a shift in thinking concerning what threads will be allowed or not. In fact by not running the controversial ones there is a potential of loss income (through ad rev). I personally applaud the decision, money should not be the impetus if it involves hatred, racism and purposely winding people up till they're rabid. Whoever made the call, good on you for it was getting out of hand imo.

tonality, neutrality and freedom of speech is a matter of moderation.
