I’ve heard this same talk from many remainers, regarding those who Democratically voted to leave. And that includes remoaners here on T.V.

I've never seen posts on TV about inferior genes, or people being (Naturally) superior, from Leavers or Remainers, this isn't the sort of thing that normal decent people say, it smacks of racism.  Maybe you could give me one example of a remainer saying this, I don't mean saying that someone is stupid, or has done something stupid, I mean inferior genes .....rather different.

Or did you warm to his charming words?

Can you provide more details? I read she was accused and she showed her phones but there was no evidence against her. It seems her only "crime" was to still socially see people who Cummings

  • It appears more and more that a traitor is now simply someone with whom you disagree - the process of 'othering'.

He should be grateful. Reported in other papers that she (the aide) had her phone looked at and clearly showed she was a traitor. Sharing government secrets should get her thrown in the tower ????.

The word 'traitor' is being bandied about with more and more frequency of late. Is this insertion also tongue in cheek?

No. It's quite simple. British people who put the interests of the EEC ahead of the UK are traitors to the UK.

Since it is clear that staying in the EU is best for Britain all brexiteers are traitors?

Remainers are British people who think that it is in the best interests of the UK to remain a member of the EU are not putting the interests of the EU above those of the UK; ergo by your own definition are not traitors.

Excuse me? Since when did you become spokesman for 17 million voters? And more importantly, how do you know what's important to them?

The simple answer is: you don't.

Possibly the most simplistic nonsense I have read on the subject, it really is a classic lol.

Where does he claim to speak for them?

The simple answer is: he doesn't.

Where does he claim to know what's important to them?

The simple answer is; he doesn't.

He is asking a question; as indicated by the question mark at the end!

It's a statement (several, actually) disguised as a question. A classic method of trying to lure your opponent to accept a false statement by answering the question.

Let me demonstrate:

You always wan't to have the last word, right? (note that I'm asking a question; as indicated by the question mark at the end!)

Glad to have helped!

Ah, you have produced the usual Brexiteer spin.

If he made a statement disguised as a question it was only one, not several.

Despite your claims to the contrary he did not claim to speak for or know what's important to anyone.

That is my last word on that post, but I doubt it will be yours.

Since you are going on elsewhere about me not answering questions; it's time you answered this one!

I suspect it's that I was the person who posted that Ms Khan was a leaver; in which case you are wrong. As you would know had you bothered to read the topic before commenting!

Not the first time you've made that mistake; doubt it will be the last.

Thanks, but no worries. This poster is on my ignore list, so I don't get riled by his provocations.

But I can read yours and you're correct, I did not or pretend to speak for others.

Lighten up 49; the question mark was self explanatory and would not have been questioned had I not been a B-B-Brexiter.
