from past experience with other airlines (never flew with Eva) they didn't accepted cash, at that time I needed to purchase a ticket had to ask a friend to use his CC as I (personal reasons) didn't had one good luck

On a side note, I stopped for a coffee in Singapore last time I was there. Went to pay and was told they didn't accept cash, just cards !! I told them if they didn't accept the cash I was offering, that they wouldn't get paid for the coffee. They quickly opened the cash register and even had change for me ????????????

Looks like you have no other chance than book through a traditional travel agency which should be able to accept cash payment (and pay with its company account/card).
