Fat Free Cream Cheese

Featured Replies

Tastes pretty good IMO, at least the US brand I tried. Great substitute ingredien for those looking to cut down on fat intake.

Anyone see this product anywhere (by any brand)?

Why on Earth would you want to cut down on fat?  If your cream cheese doesn't have fat,  it has to have something else.  You should read the ingredients and get scared.

Nothing tastes better than real Philly Cream Cheese on a bagel.

Yes, I've seen the lower fat cream cheese here but haven't tasted it. I have tried lower fat mayo. To me it tastes disgusting. My theory is buy the full fat stuff because that's going to have the best flavor, and just use less of it. It is true in general the processed food industry replaces fat in low fat products with sugar that is even worse.

Yeah but good quality perfectly ripe avocado ain't chopped liver either, and definitely healthier.
