Try your local government hospital.

It was half the price of BH (Udon).

Or buy at a pharmacy. It does not require prescription. Try Fascino on North Pattaya road.

Sold at most Fascino Branches, with Fascino discount card they are 

B1090 each, no idea what government hospital charges.

There is a pharmacy just outside BHP on Sukhumvit road immediately before the driveway entrance to BHP.

They stock just about everything and are quite reasonably priced.

You will have to park about 100m back from the turnoff and walk to the store unless you happen to be lucky and score a parking spot outside.

Many people double park there with hazard lights flashing so they don't have to walk too far.

It is expensive in Thailand because it is imported from the West.

 

Suggest you price Glaritus which is same thing made in India.
