Inguinal hernia operation needed - looking for hospital recommendations

I've put it off to the point where I finally must deal with it before it becomes a dangerous problem. Living in Samui, the only hospital that I've heard positive things about is the government hospital in Nathon. Does anyone have any experience with this in Thailand and/or know of a hospital that is known for doing this type of a surgery?
