Issues with Humax HV100-02 / True internet

Recommended Posts

I'm staying at an airbnb near Chitlom station. My internet went out today and unfortunately my airbnb host is on vacation and the router is just showing a red light. Router appears to be a Humax HV100-02 with True. Is anyone having issues with their connection today or have any other suggestions on how to resolve this?

After logging into the router it simply says

Interface    ptm0_0
Connection Status    Not Connected
Interface    PVC:0/100
Connection Status    Not Connected

If you can access the router, turn the power off or pull the power lead out for 12 seconds, then turn back on or restore power. See if that resets it if it is still off-line.

I am just curious. How do you get to exactly 12 seconds?

Old and wise. I could produce the calculus about finding the area under the curve, but it might fall on deaf ears.

Call "True" and tell them your internet is not working...they might need a customer number though ?

but they could look up the customer number on their computer via apartment address if you ask nicely..or ask the owner for the customer number or search the apartment for an internet bill that will have the customer number...any ways you need "True" to sort it out.
