It's happening slowly but it is shrinking due to the fact that Trump's base consists mainly of older whites. That means there will be fewer named George and more named Jorge, and in a couple of decades the GOP will have lost all relevance unless they......no, it's too late for them. They sold their souls to the devil and he's got a strict no return policy.

Very clueless statement.  Have you seen how every rally is packed inside and outside as well?  After Pelosi made her impeachment speech, within 72 hours Trump got $14 million dollars in small donations.  He has support from all races and both sexes...

The polls were remarkably accurate in 2016. They called her popular vote WINNING margin very well. The only reason she lost was about losing by TINY MARGINS in four states. So that criticism of the polls is simply WRONG.

And you conveniently ignore / not mention that the person 'with the steering wheel' is expected to be the poster child / classic example of ethics and morals and be truthful. Or perhaps you consider the POTUS (whoever it might be) should be allowed to flaunt / break the laws which are there for very good reasons.

 

Perhaps you consider contacting the russians about help with being re-elected is totally ethical. Many many folks would not.

 

Or perhaps you would consider thaksin when he held the steering wheel should have been allowed to do whatever he wanted. And to some extent he tried that, the law eventually caught up with him and he's sentenced to jail and should be.

Lets put this 'quid pro quo' nonsense to bed straight away with a very simple scenario.

A guy comes up to you in the street and sticks a gun in your face and yells 'give me your money!' Now are you uncertain about what is happening because he didn't say 'Give me your money, this is a robbery?' Of course not. You know explicitly what is happening because your brain is wired for nuances. Therefore when the POTUS asks for 'a favour' with the exact words 'There's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it... It sounds horrible to me.' we are left under no illusion what is being asked for and that it is an attempt to get dirt on a political opponent on the back of a huge financial inducement.

It is a crime in the US to ask a foreign entity to assist in any capacity in a US election.

I'm not sure how much clearer it can get.

I'm almost.....real close to collecting my SS and 21.7 yr Gov pension (FERS) I'll keep my Blue Cross,Blue Shield Ins. I've got 2 rentals in the US plus some other properties, bought and paid for 2 houses in Thailand.

That is so not how socialised medicine works it's laughable. You obviously haven't been exposed to something like the NHS where you would never be turned away from essential treatment.
