on my way back from big c today i saw an ambulance with its lights on travelling in the opposite direction. huge black cloud pouring out the back of the exhaust. 

 

if you arrest the driver what happens to the poor soul dying inside ? ooops.

all over thailand you see the cars or trucks letting out black smoke from the exhaust.the burning up nth  is no different.the want to do something now let see what happens
