RJRS1301
Surely the Education Department is vicariously liable for the actions of the director? This is slave labour, amounting to extreme child abuse, surely this is a criminal offence? Poor bloody kid not scarred physically for life, but traumatised for life possibly, and probably not keen on seeking education, and Thailand wants to be recognised as a "first" world country, when this happens in schools. Where is the Minister for Education in all this?
