non immigrant B multiple entry (from outside of thailand)

Anyone have any experience applying for a multiple entry NON B visa in one of the Thai embassies in Asia?

 

For a variety of reasons i cannot apply at the immigration office, but i do have all the paperwork to apply outside of Thailand, which i usually do im my home country but that is not an option now...

 

I hear Yangon is an option, but i read here that they require a work permit thats valid for more than 11 months from the date of application (i would have only 10)

Also, would prefer to go to another city.

 

Anyone have any good experience with this?

Some years ago I went to Kl and is was no problem at all, however, only got it with a single entry. Don't know how it is today. Question: why can't you apply in Thailand?

Penang will issue a multiple entry non-b visa if you are the owner for shareholder of a company. You would need a work permit valid for 8 month there.

Multiple entry non-b visas are to get anywhere now.
