A previous site(Pension) can no longer be loaded, it gets to 75% then just stops, is there something wrong with the site or something wrong with my smart phone, all other sites YouTube, etc there is no problem, any ideas how to resolve this problem, have sent email to my Pension provider but other people don't seem to have this problem.

Do you have access to another device you can try connecting from?

 

Does it stop before or after requiring you to log-in, if before you could post the URL here and let some other people in Thailand try.

 

I have tried my tablet and lap top with the same problem.

It could be something on the site blocking access from Thailand, do you have a VPN you can use to "be somewhere else"?

 

Are there any error messages?

Never had problem before and all of a sudden it's not possible, no error message as it does not load just stops.

If you don't have a VPN you could try one of the free VPNs just to test if you can access. Do NOT use a free VPN if you are going to enter log-on data or the like.

 

It could even be a routing problem. One part of the internet being down forces the route to go through a slow stretch. Or the website is struggling.

 

Many possibilities.

 

One website I use a lot is often too slow to use while on 4g, but works OK on fiber.

Can't help without knowing the URL...
