I have a non-o visa marriage based but would like to extend it at the immigration in BKK. If possible i would like to do that every year/3 months whatever is needed.

But what do i need exactly for that? So far i always left every 3 months..

My wife has a very good job, we have a house, car and enough money. But where can i find the requirements what to bring to the immigration?

I know we need 400.000 baht on the thai bank...can my wife change her account and put my name on that as well to use it? OR do i need my own thai bankaccount with 400k baht and if so does that have to be there for 6 months?

Or can we use an agent, if so  how can we find him?

Proof of 400k baht in the bank for 2 months by way of a letter from your bank and your bank book.

My bankstatements are not in english or thai (they are dutch) do they have to be translated first?

I think it's best to go there and ask them in person....maybe they also can recommend an agent.

Required Documents For A One Year Extension Based Upon Marriage These are general requirements and may vary at different offices. Unless you are applying at Bangkok you will need 2 sets of copies attached to 2 TM7 application.forms. Proof of 400k baht in the bank for 2 months by way of a letter from your bank and your bank book.or 40k baht income.proven by a income letter from your embassy. Copies of your passport photo page and every page that has any stamp or visa for Thailand on it. Copy of TM6 departure card. Marriage certificate and a updated Kor Ror 2 marriage registry (Kor Ror 22 for foreign marriages) Copies of your wife's house book registry and ID card. Photos of you and your wife in and around the house. One must show you both with the house number shown in it. The number of photos needed varies by office. Map to your residence from the nearest main road or street. Proof of residence if not living where your wife's house book is for. Some offices may want witnesses when you apply

If you are using your income from the Netherlands, I think your Embassy has to write you a income confirmation letter (sufficient to cover the 40k with a good margin for Fx fluctuation), which will probably need to be in English or translated to...

The 400k THB is only if you have it deposited in a Thai bank, in an account which is instantly accessable, with or without penalty.( could be in Euros FCD, or Thai baht)

The 400k baht has to be in a Thai bank in your name only for 2 months on the date you apply.

Your foreign bank account will certainly not be accepted to apply for the extension.

Now my wife took a day off to go to the immigration for info, but when she tried to report a foreigner living in her home the online system didn't work...will she get a fine for that when we go ask them for info? She wants to tell them to fix that online system 555.

Is she registered for the online reporting?

If yes what was the problem she had doing after logging in to do the report?

No fine for asking about online reporting.

No idea if she is registered but she seriously tried to use the website and  said it didn't work...that was a year ago though. She's a pro in online systems and has loads of connections in that business as well (for thai government)...I'll tell her to try it again since she has to do it anyway and report here if it works or not and what the results are.

The website for the TM30 online reporting is not same today compared to a year ago. There's also the app, Section38. Download it from the Play Store.
