Thai language article about mobile phone flatrates 10 Mbit/s

I stumbled upon this article:

https://www.beartai.com/news/mobilenews/375110

Can someone confirm that I got it right:

It's a 10 Mbit/s flatrate (no volume limit).

Cost 200 Baht per month.

Automatic deduction for 1 year.

Must be purchased/ordered until Nov 7 (for AIS).

What I am unsure: can it be applied for existing prepaid SIM or have to buy new SIM?

dtac

TrueMove H

Customers changing to the same number, can apply for this promotion.

Top up at least 200 baht (including VAT)

Free call 15 minutes. Cut automatically.

To apply for the promotion, dial * 900 * 9976 # and call. Wait for the SMS to confirm.

Special: True free WiFi is provided.

For the above promotion, users can buy a prepaid SIM to apply immediately. As for the 10Mbps speed, ask how fast? Fast enough to play on Twitter, Facebook, watch YouTube, look at Instagram smoothly without interruption. Just downloading large files may be a little slow.

If anyone is not confident about buying SIMs Recommend walking into the service center straight away With staff to recommend

Good question. It says "New number" in the table, but then it gives you a code to dial. How can you dial the code if you're not an existing customer?  There are a lot of people in the comments saying that it doesn't work, some speculating whether it is a scam.

Maybe I will just try it as the offer would really be good.

Always on for 200 Baht/month is worth the money.

Yes. It definitely sounds like a good offer, almost too good to be true. I might stop by the local Dtac shop to see what they have to say about it.

Seems to be for new SIMS  activated for 7 or less days ?

Annoying but indeed it does not work for me, I tried it for AIS.

Response is "package is no longer available".

So either short-lived or a complete hoax?
