Well if it was a Python I would go with Monty ?????....sorry couldnt resist.

I would go with Indochinese Ratsnake ?

I don't know where you are based but there is a FaceBook page " Snakes of Pattaya" post a pic of offending snake and in a few minutes someone will tell you, and they know their snakes, also if you have problem with venomous or big ( Python big) snakes they have people who can help with relocation, I think there may be different FB pages for different parts of Thailand.

Give them a try.

Maybe a juvenile banded kukri snake

It's a kukri for sure because of the head markings.

I would go for the oriental rat snake, occasionally get these in the garden and they are fast movers. Send an email to Vern at thailandsnakes.com to get an ID.

Definitely a rat snake I've seen a few around, not a bad thing to keep rodents down.

Kukri snakes have distinctive head markings. This snake has those markings.

Rat snakes do not have those markings.
