Can anyone recommend or comment on using THAI Airway's Business Class for domestic flights?

Good or bad experiences?

I suggest you do it within the next several weeks/months.   The current headlines suggest after a certain point, there may not be a THAI airline in its current form.

 

 

But on the other hand, THAI airlines would be a likely candidate for a Thai gov't bailout to prevent some loss of [country] face.

Business on domestic flights?

Flights of max 90 min?

And only very few domestic routes are served by Thai Airways.

 

Most handed over to low cost offspring "Thai Smile".

What will you get?

A more comfy seat.

More baggage allowance.

Drinks and food as time allows.

Preferred check-in.

You can use their domestic lounge to bridge time between connecting flights.

 

Bangkok - Chiang Mai

Bangkok - Phuket

Bangkok - Krabi

 

That's all the routes that are still served with Thai Airways planes/staff.

I could be wrong, maybe someone knows better.
