Is Chonburi Immigration Open Today? Dec 5, 2019?

It is King Bhumibol's Birthday today and it is considered a National Holiday. (Happy Father's Day)

It says here that most government offices are closed today:

I was wondering if Chonburi Immigration is closed or not? Thanks.

It´s both Fathers Day and National Day, so my answer would be no.

Immigration and all other government offices will be closed to today. Also all main bank branches will also be closed.

It is a official holiday.

Might be worth pointing out that they'll also be closed next Tuesday (10th) for the Constitution Day public holiday. So tomorrow and Monday might be a tad manic!

I went in today when it opened and it was pretty much a madhouse.

To their credit, the employees managed to get me through the system in under 2 hours while the queue was all the way out of the door by the time I left.

Cheers to them and thanks everyone here for saving me a trip yesterday.

And next Tuesday, Dec 10, 2019 is the next holiday, offices closed.
