June 6, 200422 yr I get such pisspoor service in Thailand, I thought it time to give some kudos for good service........ Last March, 2003, I hit the wrong button when tranferring 1000bt to my phone a/c. Luckily I photocopied the atm receipt as the electrostatic info vanishes in the Thai heat after a few days/weeks. I found the photocopy last week and took it to dtac's sales office in WTC, not only did they refund my 1000Bt , they also reissued one of my phone numbers which was stolen on Feb 15, for only 250B. Chairman Toxin, eat yer heart out ! I ain't comin' back.
