I think you actually believe the nonsense you post, which is sad.  I won't address all the nonsense, it has been explained to you before.  I'll just point out what nonsense your seventh statement is:

 

Trump has not succeeded at all the promises he made.  He promised to build a wall and make Mexico pay for it.  He hasn't.  He promised to repeal and replace Obamacare with something better and cheaper.  He hasn't.  He promised to eliminate the budget deficit.  It's gone up.  He promised to reduce the trade deficit.  It has also gone up.  He promised to drain the swamp.  His administration has been full of former lobbyists and other swamp creatures, many which left after numerous ethical violations. 

 

The only promises he's kept that I can think of are to appoint conservative judges (Moscow Mitch gets most of the credit for that) and to cut taxes, which has led to the increasing budget deficits.

 

However I think your denial of reality is so strong you will deny these undeniable facts.

Yes it is a real eye opener how far from reality some trump supporters are. But you have to understand, if they had logic and accepted facts then they wouldnt be trump supporters.

It’s what is not written. There is nothing in the text about it needing to be sent to the Senate. Given the text, under the circumstances, their are only two scenarios. 
 

1. The President is not actually impeached.

 

or

 

2. The President is impeached, the House has has no more authority and the Senate can do with it as it sees fit. There is nothing else required of the House to proceed with and complete the trial. 
 

I assume Noah Feldman says the President is not impeached because the is the best case for the left, but it can be argued either way.
