Im not "filling out the complaint form". I did fill one out. And once again, dont know why you are bent out of shape for me having submitted a complaint on their hotline. And I am not the one that went off on a tangent with a stick beating a dead horse with your last "story" post. Simmer down man. You make some wild assumptions. Now are you going to reply to me by saying, I am simmered down, you simmer down?

My point the whole time was that your complaint was misplaced. It's like going to the police and complaining you don't like the color of your neighbors house. They don't want your particular complaint. you might as well complain to immigration about the air quality. I'm not sure why you can't see that.
