Have to domy extension again and wondering if there are any new papers that I need to fill out 

Here are the normal papers that i use

90 day report 

copy of departure card 

copy of passport 

page with picture

past extension stamps

copy of notification of house master/owner  still in the same house as last year 

copy of my new rental agreement (landlord raised the rent and i got a 2 year lease)

copy of the owners id cared

copy of the owners book

letter from the cdn embassy 

copies of my bank deposits for the past 3 years

TM 7

 

 

Also planning to travel this year 

Where can I get a copy of the reentry paperwork and what do I need to go with it?

Last year the wanted a new TM30 doing, which was in the room that also does, the 90 day reporting, first. They wanted copy of passport ID, entry card, arrival stamp and current extension. So take some extra copies (or do them there).

 

I noticed on my last 90 days that all the officers in that office had changed. So not sure what changes to process, if any the new officers might require. 

 

One question, why do you need 3 years worth of bank statements??

 

My extension isn't due to Feb/March but hope my comments helpful.

Right after you get your extension you can apply there and then for a reentry permit. TM8 I think but don’t quote me. Usual passport page copies, copies of reentry permits and entrance stamps, and recent approval to stay stamp. Plus of course the appropriate fee, and original passport. Can’t remember if you need photos.
