5mg Tadalafil Indian Source?

Featured Replies

I am looking for reasonably priced 5mg tadalafil (generic Cialis) for daily use for BPH (enlarged prostate). The cheapest I have found here is from Milo Labs at 900 baht for 50. Now all he is doing is buying it from India and marking it up a few times. Generic in the USA from legitimate online pharmacies like Cost Plus Drugs is a few dollars a month.

So, has anyone actually found an online Indian pharmacy shipping to Thailand on Indiamart or anywhere else that is legitimate? Lots of scammers out there. Please provide a link, if so.

Street traders sell bottles of 30x20mg tadalafil 600-800mg, can split in two and take every other day, some people are concerned they are fake, some convinced they are genuine copies, maybe try and see.

There is also Indian generic Apcialis, more expensive but people seem to trust it more from the same street seller, also available from pharmacies, probably the same just more expensive

Thanks. Good ideas, but it needs to be 5mg daily and not a split pill. I am sure there are legit Indian online pharmacies selling 5mg at a reasonable price, as well as 20 and 40mg generic tabs at far less than the pharmacies and street vendors. For example: https://pharmeasy.in/search/all?name=5mg+tadalafil but ChatGPT says they only deliver in India and are low rated for trust.

It is not legal to receive meds by mail unless you have an FDA license to do so (which you cannot get). It used to be the case that small parcels were let through but now that duty is being applied even to small value imports, customs pays more attention and there have been increasing reports of parcels with meds being intercepted and seized.

You can try, but there is a definite risk you will nto be able to freceive it-- and oyu may have ot go to a custioms office and spend a a lto of time to reach that ending.

There is a locally made generic in 5 mg dose called Casey 5, made by MacroPharm. I

None of the Indian brands are ;licensed here but some pharmacies import them nonetheless. try Medisafe.

(on the Facebook link, use the Messenger function).

The India brands are 50/50 if they work or not in my experience.
Indiamart is losing 100% of their packages at customs based on the small sample of people I know.

Medisafe is 4000baht for 5mg bottle

I don't know i don't use it, but i read what people say about it in case i need it one day for BPH.

Is this a prescription drug only?

To me it looks like typical UGL under ground lab products, and I wouldnt trusted them at all. I thought I read someone recommended them before here

It is another one same same called Thai Anabolics

Anybody get edema from using these types of drugs regularly? Especially in lower legs?

I've been taking a half tab of cialis every other day for the past 5 years. The generic, at this dosage, does the job for me, and with a half tab every other day, the cost is simply not an issue. These days, I only wake up once or twice a night. I find them available in many different pharmacies. I didn't care for the side effects of the prescription drugs, but find the side effects of Cialis useful!

Any pharmacy selling Apcalis in and around Sukhumvit with normal prices ? Or who deliver by grab ? Generic

Interesting that packages from India are being checked and confiscated. Chinese grey market vendors seem to be having no problem. My latest tirzepatide order passed through customs a couple days ago with no problem. That is what got me thinking about Indian generics.

As of 10 days ago, Ozempic is legally generic in India. I am looking forward to seeing how that plays out here. The generics are already being sold in India and there is too much money to be made here for illegal imports to be stopped. Chatgpt tells me this

Generic semaglutide prices (India → THB)

Lowest-cost vial versions (cheapest)

  • ₹1,290 – ₹1,800 / month
    ≈ 500 – 700 THB/month

Typical generic range (most common)

  • ₹2,200 – ₹4,200 / month
    ≈ 850 – 1,600 THB/month

Higher-end generic pens (more convenient devices)

  • ₹3,000 – ₹5,200 / month
    ≈ 1,150 – 2,000 THB/month

Upper range (some branded generics / higher doses)

  • ₹4,000 – ₹8,000 / month
    ≈ 1,500 – 3,000 THB/month

💉 Absolute lowest headline price

  • Around ₹1,290/month (~500 THB) for basic vial versions

📊 Key points (important)
  • Prices dropped 50–80% after patent expiry (March 2026)

  • Cheapest = vials (manual dosing)

  • More expensive = pens (easier, closer to Ozempic experience)

  • Dose escalation (0.25 → 1 mg+) can increase cost significantly

⚠️ Reality check

  • The ~500 THB/month price is real but lowest-dose vial only

  • Most people will realistically pay:
    👉 ~1,000 – 2,000 THB/month for usable dosing with pens

I don't know about steroids but for the peptides Milo Labs is buying from Chinese vendors who brand the vials for a low fee. That is what everyone selling peptides under their own brand does. It is not a lab. The markup is substantial and Milo does not provide lab testing certificates. I have bought the Vidalista generic tadalafil from them at 250 baht for a 10 pill strip of 40mg and that was fine. It is a common Indian generic like Apcalis.

Pulse, 3200 for 30 Tabs, Bangkok drugstore cheaper. I get refund from my health insurance for 5mg, not for 20 or 10mg. So everyone should check with their insurer.

I have been using the following firm in India for more than five years, and never had a problem: Malcolm Exporters <sahiltekchandani614(at)gmail.com>

Email them and tell them what you need. They will get right back to you with a price.

Could you please share what vendor you use on Indiamart? Feel free to post a link. I think that is allowed. (Indiamart is a collection of vendor links, not an online shop.)

Try a guillotine.
Or... you could invest 100 TBT and buy a pill splitter in any pharmacy.

OTC in Vietnam in Pharmacity drug store. I buy one years worth (12 boxes) for 310,000 VND or 384 baht per box. https://www.pharmacity.vn/tadalafil-5mg-stella-hop-3-vi-x-10-vien.html

Use translate to see the product information

I bring back several different medications from there as they are all way cheaper.
