webfact
King Power chef found dead: Room is covered in blood after party at hotel Picture: Daily News Police were called to the projects in Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan after work colleagues found a chef dead in his room. Thaworn, 47, was found face down in the toilet of a room on the fifth floor. He had coughed up a huge amount of blood that was spread throughout the flat. He had been dead about ten hours. Witthawat, 36, said he was a friend of the dead man who was a chef at a Japanese restaurant in the King Power Hotel. He said his friend was a heavy drinker and had been paralytic after a party the night before. Colleagues had helped him get home and when he didn't show up for work next day they went round and knocked. After failing to get a response they broke in and were shocked to find the room covered in blood. There was no sign of foul play. The victim had complained of stomach aches but had been reluctant to go to a doctor, said his friend. Popular Post POMRAKSIAM
Hemorrhagic Esophageal Varices (HEV). Common in heavy drinkers. Lining of esophagus eroads and large exposed blood vessels burst. Horrible death, but fairly quick...usually bleed out in short time.

Self inflicted, I had a friend years ago went the same way. Had to jack-up the head of his bed by 7" to to stop the fluids drowning him in the night. Throat, esophagus all eroded to hell. Tropposurfer
alcohol in anything but very moderate amounts shortens lifespan and is connected to about a dozen (maybe more) forms of cancer to name but a few of its wonderful gifts to us ... at worst it kills quickly and violently with major haemorrhaging as in this poor mans case. Yea alcohol is a hard drug with horrible effects but most on this message board think its ok while they scream murder about other drugs. Quite funny to see how some hard drugs are accepted and others are not. 1

Harmful for users and others.

And if all drugs were made legal and as easily bought in the shops how would the 'harm' statistics add up after a year or two? PS. I'm advocating nothing, just making a comment.
