Bought a propery in Pattaya three years ago and now processing to finalise with ownership registration. 

Told by the developer my total purchase price consists of 900k thb with TT3 status and other part of 400k bht yet to prove with TT3 and they could help to make proven from bank with a fee of 11k bht. 

Any advise please.

Shows that the money came in from outside the country, required for farang condo purchase or moving the money outside the country again if you sell.

  TT 3  stands for Tor Tor Saam.

It has been replaced by the FET. -Foreign Exchange Transfer (certificate)

Same procedure. Your bank supplies to confirm that funding has come from abroad
