Thai yoghurt always comes with loads of plastic....we always buy 4-packs of these but now they stopped adding spoons (finally)...but look what was in the pack today! I no undastaaan..

I only buy from Makro low fat sugar free yogurt.

You're not supposed to eat the tub it comes in. Just eat the yoghurt, you'll be fine.
