Breakfast Sausage?

Featured Replies

where to buy?

The Emporium, food market on 5th floor.

Have an Australian butchers. Expensive but nice. Several other butchers are there giving you plenty of options.

Bourbon Street, have a small selection.

Yorkies at Jomtien, Pattaya

Follow a rather hefty european expat around for a few days, monitor his movements carefully. He will lead you to the source!

Here's an easy recipe so you can make your own if you would like.....

Maple

1 pound ground pork (approx. half kilo)

3 tablespoons maple flavored syrup

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon MSG (such as Accent)

1/4 teaspoon coriander

Combine all ingredients for the flavor of your choice in a medium bowl. Form the sausage into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until brown. Makes 1 pound of sausage.

Perhaps some people will disagree but I prefer the Northern and/or the North Eastern sausages that I get from Carrefour and other s/markets, either ready cooked or uncooked. They have real pork and although maybe a little spicey have a far better taste than most sausages bought here! :o:D

Villa market has frozen english brekkie sausages. get about 10 links for 100 baht.

Very Tasty.

On Nut. Soi 77 sub soi 27. I'm off there today. We're having pies for tea :o

Phuket: Don's foods has English breakfast sausages. Apparently he has a branch in Samui as well.
