Hope Thailand doesn't become just another Asian country with casinos and theme parks drawing tourists, though that would probably attract more Chinese.

Focus on Thailand's strengths: the world famous cuisine, the unique scenery (Krabi), un-matched BKK party scene, friendly accepting people, royal mystique, and the Thai peoples' amazing sense of design.

What has kept me away the last couple years? Political instability mostly. Change that perception, focus on Thailand's uniqueness, and I think tourists will get excited about the country again and return aplenty.
