bkk6060 Posted January 4, 2020 Share Posted January 4, 2020 My friend has a condo at Pattaya Posh. This area between the bus station and Pattaya Posh condo is going to be developed soon. They have cleared the land and started to dig holes in the dirt (look closely and you can see them) for the building posts/foundation. No positive confirmation but word is it will be built as a flag ship department store with other shops and restaurants attached. So, it sounds like a smaller mall type development.
