I know this is a long shot but I am going to give it a try anyway. I have a Simpson model 372 that I would like to resurrect. It was stored with the batteries left inside for many years and you can see the results in the images. Is anyone able to post images showing the interior of a model 372?  These images indicate where I am guessing the wires should be connected.  Thanks

An interesting vintage thing. Reminds me of my career start at a Siemens measurement factory (mid 80s).

What is this red battery on the left?

I found a manual writing about an 18V (!) battery pack?

Been out in the shop and the prospects look good for getting this running again. Thanks again for your help.
