Well let's think about that . Not calling witnesses will indeed save time but since a large percentage of the people support calling witnesses , not calling witnesses will affect the credibility   of an acquittal.

So what is more important, saving a couple of days, or assuring the credibility of the process and acceptance of result??? 

Unless republicans are as stupid as their supporters, they know the above dynamics,the time saving  excuse is a red herring,  the only reason they are not calling witnesses is because they are afraid of what they might find out.

Income inequality is the basis for almost everything and everyone in society. How much would crime go down if poor families had money to feed their families and health care to have control over medical bills? 

 

Many democratic candidates have proposed higher taxes for wealthy people. That is how they would reduce the deficit. You see how that works? The opposite of my point: Trump lowered taxes for the rich and and budget skyrocketed. That us not making stuff up, that is a fact. Many dems also propose to bring troops home. You really need to catch up here... these things would save money and they are being proposed. 

 

Your party is responsible for going into Iraq and we have been at war for the last 20 years and gained nothing while spending trillions, and the dems "ruin everything they touch". lol

Democrats started attempting to impeach Trump 16 hours BEFORE he became President.

Impeachment is about one thing and one thing only. It's about stopping him from being re-elected in 2020.
