Cut up and grill the persimmons. 

 

Make ice cream with Gratit (Thai coconut milk), no sweetner required because naturally sweet.

 

Top with grilled persimmons and crumbles from Thai cookies.

 

Optional: Cilantro Sauce (Cilantro, Orange Juice, salt, sugar) and Sweetened Condensed "Milk".
