This is what I get for the world News Section. Can anyone tell me why? I have had now warnings. Just the world news section.

It is not you - the same for all mortal viewers.  They have either restricted access for some reason (or not) or it was a cause of the extended forum outage yesterday and they have had to remove access to allow rest of forum to operate.  As normal word is not passed and suspect moderators are also in the dark most of the time so can't really fault them.  .
