...as is this....so perhaps he has not officially denied, because they have not officially asked.

I thought they had asked and the Thai government had previously agreed that the passengers could disembark and proceed to the airport. Didn't they then do a 'U' turn?

This man is stumbling around like a concussed boxer. He is obviously out of his depth and cannot cope with the speed of developments.  The ship has already docked in Cambodia so why does even bother to issue his latest half passed statement. Just another sign of a government that is utterly devoid of competent leadership.

This will backfire, just wait and see ........ and maybe you put a medical doctor in charge of that ministry as the present place holder is quite obviously not on top of things ..........
