It should be Cambodia that gets repaid for their "hospitality" and ignorance of the CV... But instead, it looks like it's going to be other places... And to think, all this could have been Thailand's! Below from the New York Times:

KUALA LUMPUR/ SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia (Reuters) - An American passenger from a cruise ship that docked in Cambodia has tested positive for the new coronavirus a second time in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia said on Sunday, after the cruise firm and Cambodian authorities sought further tests.
