At best I would buy a Chevy truck in the USA.  Highly unlikely though.  Buy a Chevy car?  Never!  Poorly made cars.

My thoughts exactly. But, I would buy a truck in Thailand with the 200K discount in a heartbeat.

Chevys trucks are great. Just look how many 1970's 80's 90's are still on the road in Canada USA. I have a 1986 Chevy Van no rust I only do some regular maintenance ie; oil plugs grease I would sell for $10k just because it will out live me. I don't think Thai's know what maintenance is.

Chevvy giving up on Thailand should give us a hint about something wrong here....

They build vehicles for the RHD market, GM canned their RHD market.

What would Chevrolet Thailand build ?

Chevys are heaps of rubbish .

And their customer service sucks. Fren of mine brought a new car within 2 week the wiper stop working, bring it to the delear and also told to wait wait wait for spare to arrive. He sold that car within 1 year and at that point the wiper is still waiting for parts!!! 5555 my friends advise to anyone who will listen, dont ever buy a chvy no matter what.
