It took some forethought to be armed with this "weapon" - I wonder if the original plan was to splash it in public like this ... or to produce it back in the room, while the customer has his wallet out, should there be any "awkwardness over the tip".

I am in no way defending this despicable attack, but having lived here for many years it seems there is probably more to this story? That said if it is a random act of violence, they system should "through the book" at the alleged perpetrator.

and the powers to be try to assure all aliens are safe. Maybe more of these stories need to be sent to foreign media.
