Grumpy John
ARound here no light at night is a big problem! And that's the whole light not just a burnt out globe...which is still a major issue in itself. At least some are ancient 2-strokes so there is a wiff of smoke to alert you your coming up on an unseen numpty. So many people are at risk, often simply because they are reluctant to buy a 20 baht globe.

Choochai
What do you expect? People with half a brain (or less), with no education, not willing to learn, not willing/able to see danger and egoistic as hell are driving murder weapons. Recipe for disaster... I spent about 2 years overall mostly up in the kullu valley of the himalayas when I was younger. I think the main reason I spent so much time in this area was the terrifying 8 hour bus journey up the mountains or was it the hash in malana????
