Hearing and listening are 2 different skills. AFAIAA Prayut hasn't shown any signs of developing the latter skill.

Its ok having these forums as long as you do something with some of the stuff that comes out of them But really they are a waste of time because honestly does this government listen to anybody apart from the rich and the army
