What doctor can attest anyone has "no risk" of CV prior to them getting on an airplane, especially from any of the listed countries that have large scale CV outbreaks at present!!!

This effectively shuts down all travel between countries on the list, nobody will take the risk.

The 'no new cases' deadline is approaching in a lot of Chinese cities/provinces, between three and six days time. There will be a lot of underemployed medical officials available to issue medical certificates.

 

Korea, Japan and Italy, no not yet, well, not for the foreseeable future. Chinese will be back soon though.
