If you want your ministers giving clarity, then how about firing them and hiring some new ones. There must be some people among the hi-sos in Thailand than are not stupid and incompetent. 

In crises you need unity....and you, in particular, need a government of national unity, if we are to get through the epidemic and its economic consequences.

Think about ditching the likes of Mr "not my watches" Fat Wrist, and getting some people of ability. 

Maybe he should start by appointing a new health minister
