Thoroughly enjoyed both the pdf's and the weekly in The Nation. One classic that comes to mind is about the Governor of Bangkok who promised to do absolutely nothing, then being rated one of the best politicians because he actually stuck to his promise... After publicly stating last year that he was going to sit on his arse and do nothing for the remainder of his term (ends August this year) because Thaksin's government has co-opted much of the Bangkok governor's powers, he has just said he is considering standing for re-election!
