Saltire Posted April 8, 2020 Share Posted April 8, 2020 On 20th March I cancelled my BA flight BKK to LHR for 21st May opting to take the online voucher offer (no fee, valid one year). On the application confirmation screen they say an email voucher will be sent out in 7 days. Today is now 21 days and nothing as yet. They have a Fecebook Pge on which they responded with the expected 'very busy please be patient', Has anyone received their voucher, and if so was it for the full amount paid or less?
