burden of proof goes where?  to the one making the claim.  you go with the presumption it's natural unless shown to be otherwise.

Yes It's True until proved Wrong . Same with the Law guilty until Proven Innocent. 

As in proven it wasn't a Cia and or Bio weapon Time will tell if someone can find evidence on this.

There's no way the virus was manufactured in a lab in China. Any made in China virus would have stopped working and infecting people months ago and people would have thrown it in the bin.
