I had a bad buy experience with a big thai web shop.

 

I was thinking if there is a place/rating site to warn about thai web shops, who is not taking care of the customer service ?

 

No names here.

 

It looks like the online market in Thailand is without regulations ?

 

Some years ago I had a webshop in europe, I where very afraid of getting bad ratings, so even the most difficult customer get 110 percent good service, It does not look to be the same in Thailand ?

There are many such sites and if you use Google you could probably find them, but they probably wont be Thai company specific, they will be global.

 

Trust pilot is one such site.

Maybe that Glassdoor. Check there, as I believe you can leave reviews about various establishments.

Most shops have a Facebook page where you can leave a review, the shop itself can't delete the reviews

Be careful with Thailand's defamation laws, even if what you say is true you could be prosecuted for defamation. This is probably the main reason why such rating websites don't exist in Thailand.
