Hi all,

I have been stuck at work in Indonesia since 16 February. My non Immigration O multi entry visa expires on the 10 June this year. If I can get home in the first week of June, i.e., inbound flights are running again etc., and I got in before the expiry date; would I only be able to stay until the expiry date or would that date be extended as I'd entered before? If the former obviously it would be easier to enter on a visa exempt status.

Any help much appreciated.

Cheers.

If you are able to enter the country on or before June 10th you will get a 90 day entry and could stay until it ends.

If you visa expires before you are able to enter the country you would only get a visa exempt entry.

Both options also allow for a 60 day extension based on being married.

He did not state the reason for his non-o visa being issued. It might not be for marriage to or for being the parent of a Thai.

Correct but both entry options allow for a 60 day extension based on being married.

So if he is married then it's an option.
