But they lied then did they not.  So you wonder, since it was lifted as of the 3rd, and placed in the Royal Gazette, Who actually made the call to let the people relax a little with a cold one or a glass of vino, or even something on the rocks. I can only guess myself, but maybe somewhere that there is German beer, the actual call was made.....

I think Khun Prayut Chan O Cha has handled the COVID-19 pandemic with the utmost professionalism and addressed the transmission and infection concerns amicably. 

Sadly, some farang think it's fine to do nothing and leave everything open .....
