This reminds me of the man who went to the hospital with a heart attack.  When wheeled into the operating room the doctor gets the wrong set of instructions and amputates the mans arms and legs.  Afterwards the the doctor declares the operation  a total success in that the patient survived and is in the hospital recovering.
