so just putting that into perspective .....  that is scary  !!   yikes.

Sure but that fact doesn't change that Thai is in it's dreadful mess mostly because of it's own internal very very poor management, lack of controls, massive collusion in regard to 'jobs for the boys / friends, massive numbers of free tickets for cronies and hi-so folks, poor service, etc. And yes the actual market place is involved, but that's a different point.
