Thai post / Sending A phone

Featured Replies

Hi,

hoping you can help. I need to send a phone from thailand to uk but it contains a lithium battery. I know there is a post from 2015. Has anything changed regarding this? does thai post accept lithium batterys or any solution expect removing the battery as it cant be removed from the phone?

Cannot post Lithium batteries, why can you not remove battery ?

does that mean if battery dies so does the phone ?

Can't remove the battery from my Samsung Galaxy S8 either.  Have to have a shop change batteries in 3-4 years.

You need to send the phone with a courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS and similar.

There are parcel delivery services that you can send a mobile with.
