Travelling by bus

For some, or a few weeks ago, the Thai regime decided to open up bus services between different provinces. About the same time, a campaign was started to get both Thai and Farangs to travel more inland by giving discounts on hotel restaurants and other places. It seems logical and sensible to try to get tourism started, at least in the country again to help the tourism industry.

What does the state bus company do then? Well, they forbid farranger to travel by bus with reference to the risk of spreading viruses.

No foreign tourists have been allowed into the country for several months, so the farranges that remain are neither more nor less likely to spread virus than a Thai.

The decision can only raise one issue. Do you have to be a complete idiot to get a senior position in Thailand?
